Benchmark was established in 1995 by my wife Karen and myself Tom Buscemi. Upon start-up of the business, we had a combined 20 years of prior experience in Ohio

Workers' Compensation claims, including field case management and third-party administration.  That experience was gained through our employment in successful businesses owned and managed by Karen's mother Kay Flowers, a former Director of the Self-Insurance Dept. at the Ohio BWC.  Over 25 years later, we continue to focus on our clients' needs, handling each claim individually.
